Beautiful bungalow near the beach with great sea views

The house is situated on a plot of 680 m², 70 meters from the sea, in an excellent location near the beach.

It consists of three rooms, a living room with kitchen and dining room and a bathroom.
From one room and the living room you can see the sea.

The yard still needs to be beautified, there is enough space, the hole for the pool has already been dug.
On the house there is a flat walkable terrace, which was designed as a sun terrace-terrace for socializing with a view + preparation for a whirlpool.

The house offers peace and privacy (building on the house is not permitted) and is close to the island’s main sandy beach.
It was built in 2003 and reconstructed and completed in 2023.

You can not get to the property with a normal car, but only with a small car, otherwise there is the possibility to park about 300 meters from the house for a fee.

Mali Drvenik is located in central Dalmatia, eight kilometers from the port city of Trogir.
The landscape is largely untouched, as this region is not yet fully developed for tourism.
There are numerous secluded bays and beaches in the coastal area, which can be reached on foot or by boat.
