Istrian stone house with garden in the center of Medulin

The house is located in the center of Medulin and has a 170 sqm garden.

On the first floor there is a summer kitchen and a closed veranda in the front part, and a bathroom with toilet and a smaller hallway in the rear part.
In the extension of the renovated rear part, a workshop and a woodshed were built.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor.

The house is in need of renovation.

The sandy beach is approx. 700 meters away.

The vacation resort of Medulin is located at the southern tip of the Istria region, only about 10 km south-east of Pula. The former fishing village has been transformed into a modern vacation destination in recent decades.
