Villa complex under construction, reservation possible: villas with pool in a quiet location

A complex of Mediterranean villas with swimming pools is located in a small quiet village, just a few kilometers from Svetvinčenat and in the immediate vicinity of the highway. The distance to larger towns such as Pula is 30 km and Rovinj only 20 km.

The houses are south-facing and open to light and sun almost all day long, while at the same time ensuring maximum privacy for each individual house.

The house named Ines consists of an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, dining room, pantry, living room, boiler room for central heating, additional storage room – outdoor storage, which is intended for the maintenance of the garden and the engine room of the pool. The house also has an outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue.
The house was built in a typical Istrian style, with an emphasis on the materials with which such houses were once built.

Wooden roof, rock wool insulation, demit facade with a thickness of 10 cm, which is applied in combination with stone on the facade.
Underfloor heating is provided on the first floor and second floor. as well as cooling air conditioning units (each room + living room)

The plot is 764m2, the living area is 187m2. The dimensions of the pool are 8x4m, the area around the pool is paved with stones.

Construction of the development is currently underway and the first villas will be ready for occupation in early 2024. We are currently accepting reservations.
