The stone house is located in the center of the island of Zlarin in a quiet environment and extends over three floors (first floor, 1st floor + attic) with a total of 160.71 m² of usable space.

The house was built before 1968, is well preserved and maintained, but is not in a renovated condition.

The first floor of the house consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, a large hallway, a bathroom and a storage room.

An external staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there is a spacious terrace of 20 m², a storage room, two bedrooms and an internal staircase to the attic.

The attic is a unit that can be divided into two rooms.

Access to the house is possible with a tractor.
