On the first floor there is a garage which is connected to the furnished apartment. The apartment on the first floor leads directly to the promenade and the beach.

On the second floor there is an apartment with 2 bedrooms that have access to balconies with beautiful views of the sea, Zadar and the island of Ošljak. In front of the second floor apartment there is a spacious terrace with a fireplace.

The beach in front of the house is landscaped, the sea is crystal clear and you can enjoy it in complete peace!
The house is located on the island of Ugljan in the fishing village of Kali, a 10-minute walk from the ferry pier on Preko.

Kali is only a few kilometers away from Preko, the ferry landing stage on Ugljan.
Zadar is opposite and is served almost every hour, in summer every half hour. The journey takes about 20 minutes.
