Beautiful house with pool in a quiet location

This beautiful vacation home is located in the heart of the island of Krk, in the most beautiful location of the wooded part of the small village.

With 130 m² of living space, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a functional kitchen with dining room and living room.
One bedroom with bathroom is located in the attic, where there is also a mini-kitchen block.
The top floor has its own separate entrance.

An outdoor summer kitchen has been built on the garden plot as an additional object.
In the garden there is a swimming pool, a sunbathing area and parking for four cars.

The house is fully equipped and furnished, there is a fireplace from which the whole house is heated.
It is simply air-conditioned, all windows and doors have mosquito nets.

The island of Krk, which is the largest island in Croatia with an area of approx. 406 km², lies at the beginning of the Kvarner Bay region and is easily accessible by car from the mainland via the Krk bridge.
