Island stone house with boat mooring, completely renovated, Zadar archipelago

Oasis of peace on the island of Premuda, just 3 minutes’ walk from the sea.
Dalmatian stone house from 1905, completely renovated and refurbished in 2015. In the course of the renovation, three of the four apartments were fully equipped and furnished, the fourth apartment, which is located in the attic, has not yet been completed. This can therefore still be furnished by the new owner according to their own wishes and ideas!
The three apartments are spread over two floors and almost 80 m² of living space, each offering a living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace or balcony.
The original old stone oven and a fireplace have been preserved in the house, as well as some of the old stone walls, which are of course proudly presented and give the interior a rustic, rustic touch, which is very nicely compatible with simple and modern design, but of course also tone in tone with a classic furnishing style.
Green shutters, typical of old Dalmatian houses, provide good protection from the sun and heat, as do the very thick old stone walls.
Next to the house there is an old extension which is used as a storage room.

Die kleine Insel Premuda erreichen Sie durch die Fährlinie Zadar – Premuda – Mali Losinj. Sie können also wählen ob Sie die Überfahrt von Zadar oder vom Inselort Mali Losinj aus antreten.
Die Fahrtzeit von M. Losinj aus beträgt nur 1 St. 45 Min und von Zadar aus sind es ca. 5 Stunden.

Drei Apartments sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und vollständig möbliert.
Strom ist angeschlossen, Wasser wird über eine inseltypische Zisterne bezogen.
Zum Haus gehört ein Bootsliegeplatz in der Marina.
