House with three residential floors in the middle of the historic old town of Zadar, only a few steps away from the market square and all other amenities.

The house was built in the 60s for a well-known photographer. It consists of a basement, ground floor and two further floors.

On the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen, bathroom, toilet, storage room and the entrance area, as well as the staircase to the first floor.
Here there is a living room with balcony and a further room.
On the top floor there is one large and one small room.
From here you also have access to the roof of the house via a small balcony, on the roof you have the possibility to install a balcony parapet or a pergola, and would thus have a great lounge area for hot summer evenings, with a view over the roofs of Zadar.

The house has very little land, but the owners are free to use the courtyard, which is a public area, but not freely accessible as access to the courtyard is through a gate, so you have privacy and protection from prying eyes.

The house is getting on in years and is in great need of renovation, but has great potential to become a gem in the middle of the city.
