Natural stone house in country house style: detached house with a great ambience

This autochthonous stone house is located near Marčana.

It was built in 1906 and completely renovated in 2004.

The total living area is 180 m2.
The villa consists of three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom, and an attic with a bedroom.

On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with dining room and an exit to the terrace.
From the first floor there is access to the terrace where there is a summer kitchen with a brick fireplace, open fire, sink, fridge and table.

The house is categorized and is rented to tourists.
