Large plot of land in the hinterland

In the hinterland of Skradin, in a quiet environment with a beautiful view of the countryside, there is a building plot of 2,912 m2.

There are four ruins of old stone houses on the plot.

The demolished buildings have the following areas: House No. 1, 32 m2; House No. 2, 38 m2; House No. 3, 25 m2; and House No. 4 with an area of 55 m2.

According to the valid spatial plan of the town of Skradin, the land is located in the built-up part of the construction area.

The plot has an asphalt access road, is rectangular in shape, approx. 43 m long and has a south-facing slope.

The entire infrastructure is located directly next to the plot.
The town center (store, school and playground) is 500 m away

The town of Skradin and the Krka National Park are 15 km away and the sea (Vodica) is 24 km away.

Skradin hinterland
